About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Manager to join our team at Sin nombre. As a Senior Solution Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing business opportunities for our payment processing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a pipeline of processing opportunities to drive business growth.
- Conduct regular industry and customer analysis to inform the development of our processing services.
- Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve conflicts and drive effective solutions.
- Deliver high-quality service to our customers and members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage project budgets and resources to achieve scorecard targets.
- Develop and maintain expertise in our payment processing systems and the payment ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal clients, achieving best-in-class customer satisfaction targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in payment card processing, financial services, or a related industry.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong commercial drive and ability to manage complex technical systems.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer support or account management role in financial services, software, or information services.
