Your Opportunity:
As Senior Operations Manager for our Madrid-Southern Spain region, you will have the unique opportunity to lead and scale our restaurant operations, driving business growth and excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a Team: You will oversee a team of 200+ individuals, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to deliver exceptional results.
- Business Performance: You will be responsible for the financial performance of our restaurants, including P&L management and business objectives.
- Operational Excellence: You will drive operational excellence, ensuring our restaurants meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: You will develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
- Stakeholder Management: You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including COO, CEOs, and other senior leaders.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-8 years of experience in fast-paced environments, with a passion for leading teams and driving business growth.
