About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our ERP Domain team at Galderma. As a key member of our IT leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our ERP technology and ensuring its alignment with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • ERP Strategy and Governance
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive ERP strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with IT Strategy and Governance to ensure effective governance of our ERP landscape.
    • Ensure adequate demand scoping and requirements management for ERP projects.
    • Develop and maintain a 3-year roadmap for our ERP function.
    • Asset Lifecycle planning and capacity management to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • ERP Support and Delivery
    • Accountable for effective support of our ERP services and ensuring restoration of services within agreed SLAs.
    • Support teams in major incidents and critical situation resolution.
    • Contribute to the development of our IT Service Catalog and set direction for service introduction and end-user support.
  • Project and Program Delivery
    • Provide leadership to program and project planning.
    • Translate roadmaps and demand to programs and projects, preparing business cases.
    • Accountable for efficient project delivery planning and governance.
  • People Management
    • Manage and lead a team of professionals responsible for ERP support and delivery.
    • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to drive business success.
    • Lead budget planning, reforecasting, and landing.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in leadership roles connected to ERP technologies.
  • Experience in managing organizations of 100+ people, across internal and supplier teams.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience within ERP technologies.
  • Thorough understanding of the industry, business processes (supply and finance) and user needs, including current trends.
  • Oracle experience is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information to various audiences.
  • Commercial mindset and ability to advise/negotiate with stakeholders on fulfilling their demand with available resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables.
  • Proven experience in ERP transformations on enterprise level.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to deliver balanced and constructive feedback to service teams.
