IT Director for ERP Domain Job Description

Galderma Pharma S.A is seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our ERP Domain team. As a key member of our IT leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our ERP technology and ensuring its alignment with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ERP Domain Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the ERP Domain team, ensuring the successful delivery of ERP-related projects and initiatives.
  • ERP Technology Governance: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our ERP technology landscape, ensuring that it aligns with our business needs and objectives.
  • ERP Roadmap Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain a clear ERP roadmap, ensuring that it is aligned with our business strategy and objectives.
  • ERP Capacity Management: Ensure that our ERP technology infrastructure is properly managed, maintained, and scaled to meet our business needs.
  • ERP Support Processes: Develop and maintain effective support processes for our ERP landscape, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
