About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our ERP Domain team at Galderma Pharma S.A. This is a key leadership position that will drive the strategic direction of our ERP technology and ensure its alignment with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • ERP Strategy and Governance
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive ERP strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with IT Strategy and Governance to maintain the function's roadmap and 3-year plan.
    • Ensure asset lifecycle planning, capacity management, and governance processes are in place and executed effectively.
  • ERP Landscape Support
    • Accountable for effective support of ERP services and ensuring restoration of services within agreed SLAs.
    • Support teams in major incidents and critical situation resolution, and communicate with stakeholders.
    • Contribute to the IT Service Catalog and set direction for service introduction and end-user support.
  • Project and Program Delivery
    • Provide leadership to program and project planning.
    • Translate roadmaps and demand to programs and projects, preparing business cases.
    • Accountable and responsible for efficient project delivery planning and governance.
  • Team Management
    • Manage and lead the function's plan team, including people management, recruitment, and budget planning.
    • Oversee work scheduling, coordination, prioritization, and follow-through by other staff members.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership experience in ERP technologies.
  • Experience in managing organizations of 100+ people, across internal and supplier teams.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience within ERP technologies.
  • Thorough understanding of the industry, business processes (supply and finance), and user needs, including current trends.
  • Oracle experience is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information to various audiences.
  • Commercial mindset and ability to advise/negotiate with stakeholders on fulfilling their demand with available resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables.
  • Proven experience in ERP transformations on an enterprise level.
