Job Title: IT Director for ERP Domain

Galderma is a leading dermatology company with a presence in approximately 90 countries. We deliver a portfolio of premium flagship brands and services that span the full spectrum of the dermatology market through Injectable Aesthetics, Dermatological Skincare, and Therapeutic Dermatology.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our ERP Domain team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving long-term functional priorities, delivering frameworks for systems and applications, and ensuring infrastructure deployment aligns with our overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demand, Governance, Roadmap
    • Manage demand and requirements, interacting with stakeholders to ensure well-qualified requirements for build/project teams.
    • Collaborate with IT Strategy and governance to maintain the function's roadmap and 3-year plan.
    • Plan asset lifecycles, ensuring all required activities and timelines are known, planned for execution, and followed through.
    • Manage high-level function capacity, identifying and driving remediation of long-term function capacity shortages.
    • Develop governance processes and frameworks, ensuring all required frameworks exist, are executed, and fit-for-purpose.
  • Support Processes for ERP Landscape
    • Ensure effective support of services in scope and restoration of services within agreed SLA.
    • Support teams in major incidents and critical situation resolution, and communicate with stakeholders.
    • Contribute to IT Service Catalog, setting direction for service introduction and end-user support.
  • Project and Program Delivery
    • Provide leadership to program and project planning.
    • Translate roadmaps and demand to programs and projects, preparing business cases.
    • Accountable for efficient project delivery planning and governance.
  • Manage and Lead Function's Plan Team
    • Manage people, recruitment, and budget planning.
    • Oversee work scheduling, coordination, prioritization, and follow-through by other staff members.
Requirements
  • Solid experience in leadership roles connected to ERP technologies.
  • Experience in managing organizations of 100+ people, across internal and supplier teams.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience within ERP technologies.
  • Thorough understanding of the industry, business processes, and user needs.
  • Oracle experience is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commercial mindset and ability to advise/negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables.
  • Proven experience in ERP transformations on enterprise level.
