About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our ERP Domain team at Galderma Pharma S.A. This is a key leadership position that will drive the strategic direction of our ERP systems and ensure their alignment with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • IT Management and Governance: Develop and implement effective IT management and governance strategies to ensure the optimal use of our ERP systems.
  • ERP Roadmap and Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain a comprehensive ERP roadmap, ensuring alignment with our business strategy and objectives.
  • Asset Lifecycle Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and maintenance of our ERP systems, including on-premises infrastructure and cloud-based services.
  • Capacity Management: Identify and address long-term capacity shortages in our ERP systems, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Governance and Frameworks: Establish and maintain effective governance processes and frameworks to ensure the integrity and security of our ERP systems.
  • Support and Incident Management: Provide leadership in the support and incident management of our ERP systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal business impact.
  • Project and Program Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP-related projects and programs, ensuring successful outcomes and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading IT teams and managing complex ERP systems.
  • ERP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ERP technologies, including Oracle, and experience in managing ERP transformations.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes, industry trends, and user needs.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to various audiences.
  • Commercial Mindset: Ability to advise and negotiate with stakeholders on fulfilling their demand with available resources.
