Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our ERP Domain team. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for driving long-term functional priorities, delivering frameworks for systems and applications, and ensuring seamless integration and infrastructure deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demand, Governance, Roadmap
    • Manage demand and requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure well-qualified requirements for build/project teams.
    • Develop and maintain the function's roadmap, aligning with overall business strategy and objectives.
    • Plan and execute asset lifecycle activities, ensuring timely execution and follow-through.
    • Identify and address long-term function capacity shortages, driving remediation efforts.
    • Establish and maintain governance processes and frameworks, ensuring alignment with global processes and the operating model.
  • Support Processes for ERP Landscape
    • Ensure effective support for services in scope, restoring services within agreed SLAs.
    • Support teams in major incidents and critical situation resolution, communicating with stakeholders.
    • Contribute to the IT Service Catalog, setting direction for service introduction and end-user support.
  • Project and Program Delivery
    • Lead program and project planning, translating roadmaps and demand into actionable plans.
    • Prepare business cases, ensuring efficient project delivery planning and governance.
  • Manage and Lead Function's Plan Team
    • Manage people, recruitment, and budget planning, ensuring efficient team operations.
    • Lead strategic and tactical management tasks, overseeing team performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leadership roles connected to ERP technologies.
  • Experience managing organizations of 100+ people, across internal and supplier teams.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience within ERP technologies.
  • Thorough understanding of the industry, business processes, and user needs.
  • Oracle experience is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information.
  • Commercial mindset, with the ability to advise and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables.
  • Proven experience in ERP transformations on an enterprise level.
