Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our ERP Domain team at Galderma. As a key member of our IT leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and direction of our ERP initiatives, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive ERP strategy, aligning with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements, ensuring effective demand management.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the ERP team, ensuring expertise in ERP technologies and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Ensure effective governance and risk management, aligning with Galderma's policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading ERP initiatives, with a strong track record of success.
  • Expertise in ERP technologies, including Oracle.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business leaders and IT teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize business requirements.
