Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our ERP Domain team at Galderma. As a key member of our IT leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our ERP systems and ensuring their alignment with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive ERP strategy that supports our business growth and transformation initiatives.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with other business applications and processes.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource plans to ensure effective use of resources.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading IT teams and managing large-scale ERP projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in ERP technologies, including Oracle.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
