Key Responsibilities
  • Demand, Governance, Roadmap
    • Manage demand and requirements for ERP systems, interacting with stakeholders to ensure well-qualified requirements for build/project teams.
    • Collaborate with IT Strategy and governance for the maintenance of the function's roadmap/3-year plan.
    • Plan asset lifecycle, ensuring all required activities and timelines are known, planned for execution, and followed through.
    • Manage high-level function capacity, identifying and driving remediation of long-term function capacity shortages.
    • Develop governance processes and frameworks, ensuring all required frameworks exist, are executed, and fit-for-purpose.
  • Support Processes for ERP Landscape
    • Ensure effective support of ERP services, restoring services within agreed SLA, business impact analysis, and prioritization.
    • Support teams in major incidents and critical situation resolution, accountable for communication to stakeholders.
    • Contribute to IT Service Catalog, setting direction for service introduction and end-user support.
  • Project and Program Delivery
    • Provide leadership to program and project planning.
    • Translate roadmaps and demand to programs and projects, preparing business cases.
    • Accountable for efficient project delivery planning and governance.
  • Manage and Lead Function's Plan Team
    • Manage people, recruitment, and strategic management tasks.
    • Coordinate work scheduling, prioritization, and oversee follow-through by other staff members.
    • Lead budget planning cycle, reforecasting, and landing.
Requirements
  • Solid experience in leadership roles connected to ERP technologies.
  • Experience in managing organizations of 100+ people, across internal and supplier teams.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience within ERP technologies.
  • Thorough understanding of the industry, business processes, and user needs, including current trends.
  • Oracle experience is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, presenting complex technical information to various audiences.
  • Commercial mindset, advising/negotiating with stakeholders on fulfilling demand with available resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables.
  • Proven experience in ERP transformations on an enterprise level.
  • Leadership skills, delivering balanced and constructive feedback to service teams.
