The Service Marine market is a crucial part of our growth strategy. We are seeking a Sales Engineer for the Marine Division to develop this business and sell services to our customers, focusing on key accounts in the Marine & Diesel Industry, both in Spain and Portugal.

This role requires a high level of coordination with the Marine Division team and availability to travel in Spain and Portugal. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Analyzing market insights and customer buying behavior to create business plans aligned with our division strategy and targets.
  • Identifying and managing leads from the market and customers to convert them into real business opportunities and ensure a healthy pipeline.
  • Being active in the market, visiting customers, and interacting with them through various channels to understand their needs and highlight the value of our products and services.

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive person who can generate outstanding customer experiences through value selling based on customer needs. You should have a good understanding of customer needs, be focused on creating value in the customer process, and possess excellent communication skills, energy, passion, drive, and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will have a Naval Architect & Marine Engineering degree, strong commercial orientation, and at least 5 years of experience in technical sales in the Marine Market. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, and Portuguese is a plus. You should be resident in the Madrid area and available to travel in Spain and Portugal.
