Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Engineer for our Marine Division to develop business and sell services to our customers in the Marine & Diesel Industry, focusing on key accounts in Spain and Portugal.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand market insights and customer buying behavior to create business plans aligned with our division's strategy and targets.
  • Identify and manage leads from the market and customers to convert them into real business opportunities and ensure a healthy pipeline.
  • Be active in the market, visiting customers, and interacting with them through various channels to understand their needs and highlight the value of our products and services.

Requirements

  • Naval Architect & Marine Engineering degree.
  • Strong commercial orientation with at least 5 years' experience in technical sales in the Marine Market.
  • Fluent Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Resident in the Madrid area.
  • Availability to travel in Spain and Portugal.
