About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our Marine Division in Madrid. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the Marine Market.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze market insights and customer buying behavior to create business plans aligned with our division's strategy and targets.
  2. Identify and manage leads, converting them into real business opportunities to ensure a strong pipeline.
  3. Engage with customers through visits, meetings, and interactions, focusing on understanding their needs and highlighting the value of our products and services.
Requirements
  1. Strong commercial orientation with at least 5 years' experience in technical sales in the Marine Market.
  2. Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  3. Resident in the Madrid area with availability to travel in Spain and Portugal.
