Your Mission

We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic fintech team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and a desire to learn about the Payment Service Provider (PSP) industry.

  • Identify and engage potential clients in the LATAM region, focusing on expanding our portfolio in the fintech sector.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in SaaS and fintech.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Your Profile
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in SaaS, fintech, banking, or IT sectors.
  • Professional fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to identify, engage, and close deals.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and enthusiastic about learning new areas in fintech, particularly within Payment Service Providers (PSP).
  • Passionate about working with clients in the LATAM market, with experience in effectively identifying and connecting with key decision-makers.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work onsite in our office in Barcelona.
