We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining and growing existing relationships with customers in the Crop Care sector.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve sales plan and budget
- Engage with customers to promote products and coordinate projects
- Report on business in the designated market and identify threats or opportunities
- Gather data on market prices and competitor behavior
- Manage and achieve budget assigned
- Identify new trends and niches
- Communicate with other business areas to solve technical or supply-related problems
- Young professional with a degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial/sales acumen
- Drive, enthusiasm, and self-motivation
- Results-driven and team-oriented
- Highly proficient in technical selling and communication
- Spanish and high level of English (writing and speaking)
- Business IT skills required
