About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration in the designated territory, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including laboratory professionals and healthcare providers
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on our products and solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry, or pharmacy
  • Fluent Spanish language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the IVD/hospital sales field, with a strong understanding of the laboratory and diagnostic market
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
