Job Title: District Sales Executive H/M

Our client, a leading international logistics company, is seeking a District Sales Executive to join their team in Madrid. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a designated territory and build strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Enter data into our CRM system and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with regional product, service, and knowledge management teams to deliver value-added solutions to clients.
  • Participate in the creation of customized logistics solutions for clients, including support diagrams and cost-benefit calculations.
  • Support the transition of new accounts through client presentations, information transfer, and document collection.
  • Assist with accounts receivable as needed.
  • Attend training sessions to develop sales skills and stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge.
  • Participate in local commercial groups as directed by the DSM.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support business needs.
Requirements:
  • Ability to meet with clients outside the office on a regular basis.
  • Strong oral and written English skills (C1 level).
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work productively both individually and as part of a team.
  • Sense of urgency to achieve goals.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Comfortable with regular data entry on a laptop.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer-centric skills.
