About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences for our clients. Your primary focus will be on resolving technical issues, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining high-quality relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently, using problem-solving skills and expertise.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve any complaints or concerns.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer support services.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native level of German and fluency in English.
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in technical support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in high-pressure situations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- An interest in technology and willingness to learn new skills.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- A monthly gross salary of €1,100 (14 months) + performance bonus up to €100 per month.
- Meal vouchers of €7.23 per workday.
- Reimbursement of transportation costs.
- Private health insurance and dental plan after 6 months.
If You Live Outside Portugal
We also offer:
- Reimbursement of initial flight ticket up to €400 after 6 months.
- 6 months of accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company (rental fee applies).
