About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations and Business Development to join our team at KellyDeli. As a key member of our Mall Development Department, you will be responsible for leading the operation of our malls across the group, driving business growth, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in our malls
  • Lead the operation of our malls, ensuring seamless execution of business plans and procedures
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords, negotiating excellent terms and conditions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and product development
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape
  • Develop and implement lean systems and workflows to optimize productivity and minimize labor costs
  • Coordinate the implementation of procedures related to customer journey, marketing campaigns, and production workflow
Requirements
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and any other European language
  • Experience in developing successful food concepts, preferably in malls
  • Previous experience in Business Development/Sales or as a lease manager
  • Operations Manager experience
  • Experience in FMCG (minimum 3 years +)
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, sustainable, and commercial concepts that are scaled
  • Ability to lead multiple projects and prioritize self and the team accordingly
  • Ability to use Microsoft and Google suite of software
