Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement business strategies, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of operations and business development professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and success, while ensuring that we are meeting our quality and customer satisfaction standards.
- Experience: Proven experience in business development and operations management, preferably in the food industry.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
