Strategic Product Development Manager for Travel Ecosystem

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Strategic Product Development Manager to lead the development of our travel ecosystem. This role will be responsible for managing one of the core capabilities essential to our business transformation: the marketplace.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, user behavior, and the ability to transform ideas into reality. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the marketplace meets user and consumer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capability Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the capability vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Stakeholder Management: Lead communication with Amadeus Business lines to share evolution, identify opportunities, and collect needs and feedback from consumers.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
  • Product Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize product requirements.
  • User Experience: Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Launch and Maintenance: Lead the capability development lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor capability performance and measure success using metrics.

About You

  • Experience: 5-10 years of Product Management experience with a significant experience in marketplace management.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Be at ease with uncertainty, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
  • Results-Oriented: Driver, energetic, and results-oriented with a platform mindset.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to operate in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
  • Languages: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

What We Offer

  • Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year (estimated).
