This is a technical role within Cpm International's Premier Support team, where you will deliver best-in-class assistance to customers. If you're fluent in English and passionate about helping customers with their technical issues, this might be an opportunity for you.

You will perform complete troubleshooting to fully diagnose reported problems within the client product portfolio (notebooks, desktops & tablets). With the support of a Team leader, you will look after cases end-to-end with top-notch case handling, paying attention to customer communication throughout the whole process. You will learn how to become one of our expert troubleshooters to quickly resolve any hardware or software difficulties.

Your mission is to provide problem-solving support to customers and field engineers by diagnosing problems through full troubleshooting. You will also identify the cause of hardware/software faults, provide solutions, communicate effectively, and work efficiently to resolve matters promptly. Additionally, you will advise and educate customers through personal experience and provide full guideline documentation, ensuring they have all they need to help them with their technical difficulties.

The requirements for this role include being fluent in English, having strong written and verbal communication skills, experience in troubleshooting hardware and software on devices like notebooks, desktops, and tablets, and being confident with Windows Operating System and Microsoft Products. You should also be capable of prioritizing tasks, managing daily work efficiently, and having outstanding organizational skills. Previous work in IT services and with field service providers is a bonus.

Eligible to work in Slovakia, this permanent position offers a highly competitive base salary of €25,000 per annum, in addition to benefits such as a meal voucher, commuting allowance, monthly incentives based on performance, and extra paid personal days in case of emergencies.
