Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year (depending on experience), including a competitive compensation package with stock options, private health insurance, and restaurant tickets.
Job Description: As a Senior Technical Support Specialist, you will provide level 1 and level 2 support for customers and partners worldwide, handling troubleshooting phases, phone communication, and remote sessions. You will be based in our Madrid branch office, working in a hybrid model (one day a week in the office), and reporting to the Support Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle level 1 and level 2 support requests for customers and partners
- Directly manage the troubleshooting phase, including phone communication and remote sessions
- Constantly track every request from beginning to resolution
- Participate in follow-up meetings with involved teams
- Update, maintain, and enhance the knowledge base
Requirements: At least 3 years of technical support experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, good knowledge of Windows OS, and understanding of cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS.
