Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our Human Resources department at our Headquarters in Madrid. The ideal candidate will support the design, launch, implementation, and monitoring of Human Resources projects, driving business growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Development: Collaborate with our Centers of Excellence to develop and implement annual Talent Review programs, 360-degree assessments, professional development plans, and mobility initiatives.
  2. Compensation and Benefits: Manage the annual objectives process and salary review, ensuring fair and competitive compensation packages.
  3. Engagement: Work with our Centers of Excellence to design and implement engagement programs and actions, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  4. Training: Collaborate in the development and implementation of training plans, identifying training needs and managing training actions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  5. Organization: Define and evaluate positions, job classifications, and comprehensive HR management systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  6. Data Management & Reporting: Manage HR data and reports, providing insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  7. Support and Advice: Provide HR support and guidance to employees, ensuring seamless HR processes and excellent employee experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or postgraduate in a related field, or equivalent experience.

- At least 10 years of experience in the People and Talent field, with a proven track record of driving business growth and employee engagement.

- Previous experience managing Talent projects and working with multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic vision skills, with a strong ability to drive results and achieve business objectives.

- English is a must, with other languages a valuable asset.
