Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Douglas GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships in the Spanish market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in the Spanish market
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting potential clients and market segments
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions to secure new partnerships and drive business growth
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of client campaigns
- Drive international exchange with the sales team to leverage synergies across markets
- Take ownership of the development of the Spanish Retail Media Business
- Conduct thorough market analyses to identify trends, market demand, and the competitive landscape in the Spanish Retail Media market
- Pursue new business development opportunities, including new strategic partnerships and collaborations
- Actively seek opportunities to leverage upselling and cross-selling potential with existing clients
- Track and analyze revenue targets for the Spanish market
- Take responsibility for the lead and sales pipeline and monitor progress towards goals
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage and track client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities
- Completed studies in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Practical experience of at least 4 years in the Retail Media or Digital Advertising industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of the advertising market in the Spanish region
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
