About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Douglas GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in the Spanish market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting potential clients and market segments
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions to secure new partnerships and drive business growth
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of client campaigns
  • Drive international exchange with the sales team to leverage synergies across markets
Market Analysis and Business Development
  • Take ownership of the development of the Spanish Retail Media Business
  • Conduct thorough market analyses to identify trends, market demand, and the competitive landscape in the Spanish Retail Media market
  • Pursue new business development opportunities, including new strategic partnerships and collaborations
  • Actively seek opportunities to leverage upselling and cross-selling potential with existing clients
Reporting and Forecasting
  • Track and analyze revenue targets for the Spanish market
  • Take responsibility for the lead and sales pipeline and monitor progress towards goals
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage and track client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities
Requirements
  • Completed studies in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Practical experience of at least 4 years in the Retail Media or Digital Advertising industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the advertising market in the Spanish region
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
