Revenue Director

As a key member of the Executive Team at Mondrian & Hyde Ibiza, the Revenue Director is responsible for driving hotel revenue optimization across all customer segments. This involves utilizing data sets to maximize room revenue and profit, monitoring market demand trends, and implementing sales strategies to exceed revenue goals and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and manage pricing for multiple hotels to maximize revenue from all distribution channels.
  • Monitor and evaluate market demand trends to ensure accurate forecasting and rate loading.
  • Develop and implement Business Intelligence tools to analyze hotel performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct audits to guarantee sell strategy is set correctly in all channels.
  • Lead weekly revenue management meetings and prepare Revenue Management Report information for all related meetings.

Requirements:

  • Expert level knowledge of forecasting and interpreting/analyzing results to plan and conducting budgetary analysis, presentation and delivery.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales skills, revenue management, recruiting, supervising, training and motivating managers.
  • Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive.
  • Strong organizational skills including follow up, time management, ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
