Job Title: Revenue Director

About the Role:
Accor Brazil is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Director to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing hotel revenue across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue and profit
• Analyze market demand trends and adjust pricing accordingly
• Lead weekly revenue management meetings and prepare revenue reports
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies
• Monitor and evaluate market demand trends to maximize room revenue and profit

Requirements:
• 5-10 years of progressive revenue management experience in managing multiple hotels
• Proven track record of delivering market-leading results and innovative solutions
• Superior analytical and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of the discipline of Revenue Management
• In-depth knowledge of reservations and sales and marketing, including the Global Distribution Network
• Excellent writing/presentation skills
