EF Education First is looking to hire an experienced Sales Consultant to join our European team in Barcelona. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your sales skills and contribute to the growth of our online English courses business.

Sales Performance and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and promoting our online English courses to new and existing customers. Key responsibilities include inbound and outbound calls, upgrading and renewing current customers, taking ownership of direct sales in the region, achieving excellent customer service, and performing database and record-keeping activities.

Requirements and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in a similar sales position, fluency in Spanish both written and verbal, and a minimum B2 level of English. You must also have the ability to communicate effectively and concisely with customers, cultural awareness, and a team-player attitude. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of KPIs and targets.

Training and Onboarding:

The first month will be fully office-based for training and onboarding purposes. After that, you will have the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week and 3 days in the office.

Salary and Benefits:
