Are you ready to embark on a thrilling adventure with Paradox, a pioneering EdTech company that's revolutionizing the way people learn? As a Business Development Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in building a massive EdTech company that empowers millions of people worldwide.


Key Responsibilities:

Student Acquisition:
Identify, engage, and persuade new students to enroll in our diverse range of trainings. Generate new leads through email outreach to potential students and aim to secure 1 to 3 new enrollments daily.

Proactive Sourcing:
Organize LinkedIn or email campaigns via Hubspot to schedule meetings and initiate outbound calls to qualified leads. Propose innovative ways of identifying new students who can impact our business.

CRM Management:
Manage calls, meetings, and reports via Hubspot and ensure strategic, personalized business follow-ups on ongoing leads within your CRM. Leverage CRM for improved efficiency and effectiveness, and identify new opportunities.

Tackling Objections:
Review 2-3 call recordings per week to improve your sales approach and objection handling skills. Propose fresh ideas to enhance our offerings.

Event Participation:
Participate in both in-person and online Paradox events to sell our products and assist in or lead at least two webinars per month.
