You're a results-driven sales professional seeking a challenging role that leverages your skills to drive growth and impact. We're seeking a Sales Performance Lead to join our top-performing sales team at Paradox.

Your Mission:

  1. Identify, engage, and persuade new students to enroll in our diverse range of training programs.
  2. Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to schedule meetings and initiate outbound calls to qualified leads.
  3. Manage your calls, meetings, and reports via Hubspot, ensuring strategic and personalized business follow-ups on ongoing leads.
  4. Review call recordings to improve your sales approach and objection handling skills, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our offerings.
  5. Participate in in-person and online events to sell our products and assist in or lead webinars.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a track record of successfully closing high-ticket deals.
  • A keen interest in the personal development, coaching, entrepreneurship, or Edtech market.
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities, make confident decisions, and inspire others to follow.
