Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for handling requests from customers who have expressed interest in our products, identifying their needs, making recommendations, and reviewing the benefits of an Exoticca experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide personalized recommendations
  • Identify customer needs and preferences
  • Make sales and achieve company targets
  • Deal with customer complaints and reviews
  • Maintain operation integrity by following policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience and a proven track record of success
  • Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively
  • A can-do spirit and high flexibility
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous contact center experience in the Travel industry
  • Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or a relevant field
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Amadeus, or other CRM's
