We are seeking a highly skilled German Customer Service Representative to join our team at Newco Communications. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients via phone, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

The ideal candidate will have native-level proficiency in German, both spoken and written, and a good command of the English language. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is necessary, and previous customer service experience is a plus.

You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing solutions to queries. Your communication skills should be on point for confidently interacting with customers, and you should be a master problem solver.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, using computer systems and various software applications. You will be required to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, due to the dynamic nature of customer needs.
