Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Strategist to drive sales excellence and achieve shared business goals with our Consumer Sell-Through Channel Partners in Spain.

About the Role

This pivotal role will involve building strategic relationships, developing strategies to increase units sold and net sales across various categories, and enhancing Goodyear's share of business and customer potential through account management and value creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Knowledge & Relationship Building: Deeply understand the customer's business, strategy, and objectives to align with our goals. Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Partnership Strategic Plan: Lead the creation and management of joint business plans, setting clear goals, metrics, and targets.
  • Unique Value Proposition Development: Identify and develop compelling value propositions tailored to each partner, leveraging our brand and tools for mutual growth.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Organize and lead multi-functional teams to leverage diverse expertise and insights, fostering a collaborative partnership environment.
  • Sales Execution: Ensure timely execution of partnership plans, adapt to changes, and continuously seek improvement to achieve partnership goals.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years in sales with a minimum of 4 years in Key Account Management.
  • Expertise in category management, sales negotiation, and strategic planning.
  • Proven track record in major account management and executive-level relationship building, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; or equivalent experience.
  • Strong channel partner relationship building, collaborative teamwork, and effective communication skills.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include a comprehensive package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
