Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Annotation Specialist to work on projects in the Research and Development Organization in the Health and Life Sciences Platform Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transcribing, translating, and editing medical records and reports in various European languages, such as German, French, and Dutch.
Key Responsibilities- Transcribe, translate, and edit medical records and reports in various European languages, such as German, French, and Dutch.
- Maintain and update guidelines as necessary for the projects or languages in alignment with stakeholders and product teams.
- Ensure quality standards are met and thresholds are maintained across all projects.
- Follow the process for feedback sharing with suppliers and track action items as required.
- Monitor the quality of documents against provided guidelines and track progress.
- Communicate status updates periodically to supervisors, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Escalate timely as necessary on non-compliance or failure to meet delivery standards.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a medical-related field with at least 2+ years' work experience in healthcare documentation specific to EU countries or regions.
- Fluent in German, French, or Dutch languages.
- Or equivalent experience working in hospital networks with deep knowledge in healthcare documentation requirements for EU countries or regions.
- Master's Degree or equivalent in Healthcare with at least 3+ years' work experience in healthcare documentation specific to EU countries or regions.
- Fluency in other European languages, including German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.
- Or equivalent experience working in hospital networks with deep knowledge in healthcare documentation requirements for EU countries or regions.
- Certifications in coding, Medical Scribing, or equivalent.
