About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ad Specialist to join our dynamic team at IQ, a leading Blockchain Services company. As an Ad Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive advertising strategies to promote our innovative IQ token and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ad Strategy Development: Create and implement effective ad campaigns targeting different segments of the crypto audience, aligned with our marketing objectives and project milestones.
  • Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns using X Ads Manager, conduct A/B testing, and manage ad budgets and bids to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Audience Targeting: Develop detailed audience personas, utilize X's targeting options effectively, and implement retargeting strategies to re-engage users.
  • Creative Development: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the crypto audience.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), provide regular reports on ad performance, and use analytics tools to track user behavior and optimize the conversion funnel.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing X ad campaigns with a focus on the cryptocurrency industry.
  • Proven track record of running successful X ad campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • In-depth understanding of X's ad platform, policies, and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Proficiency in ad management tools and analytics platforms.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with other social media advertising platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and their application to social media.
  • Understanding of blockchain technology and trends.
