Job Summary

We are seeking a creative Ad Specialist to join our team and help shape the future of blockchain services. As an Ad Specialist, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with our marketing objectives and project milestones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ad Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement comprehensive ad strategies aligned with our marketing objectives and project milestones
    • Create and manage multiple ad campaigns targeting different segments of the crypto audience
    • Optimize ad spend and performance across various ad formats
    • Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies
  • Campaign Management
    • Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns using ad management tools
    • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, and targeting to improve performance
    • Manage ad budgets and bids to ensure optimal ROI
    • Adjust campaigns in real-time based on performance data and market trends
    • Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns targeting the cryptocurrency market
    • Create compelling ad copy and design effective landing pages to maximize conversions
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights
    • Manage budget allocations and bid strategies to maximize campaign performance
  • Audience Targeting
    • Develop detailed audience personas for different segments of the crypto community
    • Utilize targeting options effectively, including keywords, interests, and lookalike audiences
    • Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage users who have interacted with our content or website
    • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Creative Development
    • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the crypto audience
    • Ensure all ad content complies with our policies, particularly regarding cryptocurrency advertising
    • Adapt existing content into various ad formats for testing
  • Performance Analysis
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate, conversion rate, and cost per acquisition
    • Provide regular reports on ad performance, insights, and recommendations
    • Use analytics tools to track user behavior and optimize the conversion funnel
    • Implement A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance and ROI
  • Industry Monitoring
    • Stay updated on ad platform changes and new features
    • Keep abreast of cryptocurrency market trends and adjust ad strategies accordingly
    • Monitor competitors' ad activities and identify opportunities for differentiation
Requirements
  • Have curated advertisement campaigns for large sized crypto/blockchain handles of more than 500k+ followers with organic growth and impressions
  • 5+ years of experience managing ad campaigns with a focus on the cryptocurrency industry
  • Track record and experience of managing a spending budget for ads ranging from $500k to $1M
  • Proven track record of running successful ad campaigns with measurable ROI
  • In-depth understanding of ad platforms, policies, and best practices
  • Strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
  • Proficiency in ad management tools and analytics platforms
  • Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and visual concepts
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory issues surrounding crypto advertising
  • Solid knowledge of other paid channels/campaign types, such as Google Ads, Google Shopping Campaigns, etc.

  • Experience with other social media advertising platforms
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and their application to social media
  • Experience with web analytics tools
