Key Responsibilities- Ad Strategy Development
- Develop and implement multi-channel advertising strategies to reach our target audience in the crypto and blockchain space.
- Collaborate with our content and design teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns across various platforms, including X Ads Manager.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, and targeting to improve performance.
- Manage ad budgets and bids to ensure optimal ROI.
- Develop detailed audience personas for different segments of the crypto community.
- Utilize X's targeting options effectively, including keywords, interests, and lookalike audiences.
- Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage users who have interacted with our content or website.
- Collaborate with our content team to create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the crypto audience.
- Ensure all ad content complies with X's policies, particularly regarding cryptocurrency advertising.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate, conversion rate, and cost per acquisition.
- Provide regular reports on ad performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Stay updated on X's ad platform changes and new features.
- Keep abreast of cryptocurrency market trends and adjust ad strategies accordingly.
- 5+ years of experience managing ad campaigns with a focus on the cryptocurrency industry.
- Track record and experience of managing a spending budget for ads ranging from $500k to $1M.
- Proven track record of running successful ad campaigns with measurable ROI.
- In-depth understanding of X's ad platform, policies, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industries.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
- Proficiency in ad management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and visual concepts.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory issues surrounding crypto advertising on X.
- Experience with other social media advertising platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and their application to social media.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
