Ad Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Ad Specialist to join our team at IQ, a dynamic company in the Blockchain Services industry. As an Ad Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with our marketing objectives and project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage multiple ad campaigns targeting different segments of the crypto audience.
  • Optimize ad spend and performance across various ad formats (Promoted Tweets, Follower Ads, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns using ad management tools.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, and targeting to improve performance.
  • Manage ad budgets and bids to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Adjust campaigns in real-time based on performance data and market trends.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience managing ad campaigns with a focus on the cryptocurrency industry.
  • Track record and experience of managing a spending budget for ads ranging from $500k to $1M.
  • Proven track record of running successful ad campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • In-depth understanding of ad platforms, policies, and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Proficiency in ad management tools and analytics platforms.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with other social media advertising platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and their application to social media.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
