Job Overview
We are seeking a System Operator who is eager to assist in monitoring and managing our services. To excel in this role, you should be self-driven to learn and engage with various technologies, possess excellent customer service abilities, demonstrate a strong desire for professional growth, be a creative problem solver, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring infrastructure and troubleshooting issues.
- Managing backup and recovery processes.
- Analyzing, resolving, and/or scaling system incidents or requests.
- Automating routine system administration tasks.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
- Strong motivation to learn and manage diverse technologies.
- Observant, proactive, and skilled in problem analysis.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in cloud environments, particularly AWS.
- Ability to produce clear, well-documented code (Python is a plus).
- Knowledge or experience in SysOps and Automation.
Educational Background:
- Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Advanced training in systems management.
