Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Axis Data. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing our IT services, ensuring seamless delivery of our solutions to our customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Monitoring: Proactively monitor and troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Backup and Recovery Management: Develop and implement effective backup and recovery strategies to ensure business continuity in the event of a disaster.
- Incident Management: Analyze, resolve, and/or scale systems incidents or requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Automation and Scripting: Manage and automate common system administration tasks using scripting languages such as Python.
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server operating systems, with knowledge of cloud environments, especially AWS.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Education: Computer Engineering University Degree or sufficient equivalent experience, with higher training in the systems field.
