About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team at TUI Musement. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based infrastructure, applications, and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud-based infrastructure, applications, and services to meet business demands.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, availability, and security of cloud environments.
  • Implement and maintain automation and orchestration processes to streamline deployment and infrastructure management.
  • Identify, document, prioritize, and communicate work required by IT engineering teams based on business demands.
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks with service providers, ensuring SLA follow-ups to deliver the best service offering for our clients.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a proven record of solid relevant experience, including experience working with 3rd party service providers. You should have a good technical background in Cloud technologies, including AWS, Gitlab, monitoring platforms, IaC and automation development solutions, Docker, and Terraform.

Demonstrated experience delivering results in an ambiguous and changing environment, the ability to work independently, and be a self-starter are essential. Strong quantitative, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills, as well as creative problem-solving skills, are also required.

Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, verbal and written, are necessary. Other languages are advantageous.
