About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team at TUI Musement. As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based infrastructure, applications, and services. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud infrastructure and delivering high-quality IT services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud-based infrastructure, applications, and services
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, availability, and security of cloud environments
  • Implement and maintain automation and orchestration processes to streamline deployment and infrastructure management
  • Identify, document, prioritize, and communicate work requirements for IT engineering teams based on business demands
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks with service providers, ensuring SLAs are met
  • Develop strategies to maintain and enhance platform availability and operational efficiency
  • Implement and enforce security measures and best practices in cloud environments
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Engineer with a strong technical background in cloud technologies, including AWS, Gitlab, monitoring platforms, IaC, and automation development solutions. You should have a proven track record of delivering results in an ambiguous and changing environment, with excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. You should also be able to communicate complex technical concepts to executive staff, business sponsors, and technical resources in clear and concise language.
