About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Analyst to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our dynamic and ambitious team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to boost sales and foster a profitable retail network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing recommendations for improvement and remediation plans.
  • Understand the market, growth areas, and competitive landscape to propose pricing initiatives that drive long-term customer value and revenue growth.
  • Validate new locations through thorough analysis of market data and opportunity.
  • Track sales performance, making data-driven recommendations to enhance profitable sales.
  • Take proactive measures on pricing proposals and incentives to generate profitable growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in sales analytics, business analysis, and pricing within the retail banking or payment industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a deep understanding of market opportunities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
