The HP Graphics Experience Center in Barcelona plays a vital role in HP's sales strategy, connecting experts with customers to understand their needs and present the latest end-to-end Graphic Arts solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Share expertise and practical knowledge of HP's Graphics Solutions Business technology and product portfolio with PSPs, brands, marketing agencies, and converters.
- Be the technical focal point for customers and the HP organization, providing guidance on media, printing, primers, HP Indigo technology, and finishing.
- Develop new applications and drive the transformation from conventional to digital printing, leveraging your understanding of the printing market.
- Perform face-to-face and/or virtual product presentations to customers, ensuring a total customer experience deployment.
- Take end-to-end ownership of Sample Request preparation, printing, finishing, shipping, and reporting.
- Operate printing equipment and finish jobs with the adequate finishing equipment.
- Report each activity related to customers and be a digital print reference, showcasing finishing and media expertise.
- Work under your own initiative, taking ownership of issues and ensuring best-in-class support to partners and customers.
- Contribute to process improvement and deploy new set processes for performance improvements.
- Apply developed subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and recommend alternative solutions.
- Adhere to 5S standards for machine and workplace maintenance and the Company's Quality and Business Processes.
- Contribute to EMEA sales objectives by constantly improving customer experience to ensure business growth.
- University degree or professional studies in Graphics.
- At least 5 years' experience in the Printing industry.
- Customer-focused with very high communication and presentation skills.
- High ability to learn with a problem-solving attitude.
- Quality-driven and self-motivated.
- Proven hands-on experience in digital and/or traditional printing (Offset, Flexo, Gravure, ABG Digicon Series 3).
- Strong knowledge of finishing solutions and media.
- Experience with priming and varnishing processes and equipment.
- Knowledge of Digital Embellishment.
- Sound knowledge of digital and traditional graphic industry.
- Color management skills is a plus.
- Basic knowledge in DTP (Adobe CC).
- Team player and stress-resistant.
- Fluency in English and another main European language is mandatory - any other languages will be considered a plus.
- Willing to travel for EMEA Trade shows and customer visits.
