As a Guest Experience Trainee, you will be the primary ambassador of our brand and the local culture of the destination. Your main objective will be to create a memorable and unique experience for our guests, personalizing every detail to connect emotionally with them.
Responsibilities:- Act as the personal planner for VIP guests, ensuring a personalized and high-quality experience.
- Develop creative proposals and stay up-to-date with the hotel's style and lifestyle.
- Guarantee that the image and essence of Melia Hotels International are always present.
- Collaborate with the Public Relations, Guest Relations, and Quality departments to ensure the correct implementation of our brand standards.
- Manage guest complaints and suggestions, responding promptly and effectively to improve their experience.
- Education in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English (other languages are a plus).
- Dynamic and service-oriented personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creativity and problem-solving abilities.
