About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Lobby Ambassador to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. As a Lobby Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.
Key Responsibilities- Greets guests with a smile and offers assistance with luggage and directions.
- Provides information about the hotel, its services, and local attractions.
- Assists with guest inquiries and resolves any issues promptly.
- Works closely with the Concierge and Front Desk teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitors the lobby area and ensures it is clean and well-maintained.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Knowledge of the local area and its attractions.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
