Guest Experience Night Agent

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Guest Experience Night Agent to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Guest Experience Night Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, responding to their needs and requests, and ensuring a memorable experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the front desk to check-in and check-out guests, process payments, and handle guest inquiries.
- Process guest requests, such as wake-up calls, messages, and other services.
- Provide information to guests about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with accessing the internet and other hotel services.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or safety concerns to management.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and protect company assets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, respond to guest needs, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
