About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Commercial Development Manager to join our On-Trade team, developing our brands in the growing channels and driving market share growth in a profitable way.

As part of our dynamic team, you will contribute to delivering our 2 objectives: EFO & new model, being accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the On-Trade customers.

You will negotiate in the Point Sales to deliver Distribution & Visibility targets, drive the use of Picture of Success and approach to activate our brands to influence consumers at the point of purchase, and identify opportunities to guide the development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi's performance at On Trade customers in your region, achieving value creation.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercial, field sales experience preferred.
  • Demonstrable affinity with On Trade, Events and / or Promotions.
  • Solid ability to organize your work independently and effectively.
  • Solid negotiation skills.
  • Good Communicator and an active listener.
  • Team player.
