About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Amazon Business team in Bratislava, focusing on expanding our presence in the EU market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and develop new business opportunities with existing customers, identifying growth potential and optimizing their portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Product Management, to provide customer-centric solutions and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, leveraging strong analytical skills and proven ability to influence others.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities, ensuring seamless delivery of projects.
Requirements
  • Fluent English (C1) and German language (C1) skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of sales or customer operations experience, preferably in an ambiguous environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic team
